Enterprise UX Platform (Confidential, Pre-Launch)
In collaboration with internal leadership and an external development partner, I contributed to the UX refinement and interface design of a role-based enterprise platform within a federal organization. My work focused on helping translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences across key touchpoints, including the landing dashboard, modal interactions, and reporting views.
Throughout the process, I supported the evolution of a modular UI system that improves usability, simplifies navigation, and aligns with accessibility considerations. I also introduced a guided onboarding concept, incorporating a light layer of character-driven interaction to make the experience more approachable and engaging for users navigating a complex system.
This project has been a meaningful opportunity to grow within enterprise UX, strengthening my ability to collaborate across teams, iterate within real-world constraints, and contribute to thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
