Continuing to draw inspiration from the artist’s work, I incorporated Wayne Thiebaud’s use of colors and textures to frame the branding of this exhibition. Throughout the exhibition, branded items like floor decals, signage and painted walls all drew direction from this brand guideline. The title wall for this exhibition was hand-painted by one of the McNay’s preparators, who took direct inspiration from mockups that I designed.
